Tuition Payment Agreement
The tuition payment toward a class or Certificate program or NGH Certification training constitutes the contractual agreement and commitment.
Payment in Full Preferred
Tuition must be paid in full upon enrollment. Sometimes a deposit for half the tuition is acceptable, but must be discussed and approved beforehand. It is preferable for you to pay your tuition to dr.amymarshsexologist at gmail.com via PayPal or check.
Checks may be mailed to Amy Marsh, P.O. Box 84, Glenhaven, CA 95443.
Sorry, No Student Aid
Unfortunately, these programs do not qualify for government loans or assistance. IHTC does not accept state or federal assistance on behalf of students. We also, sadly, do not offer special programs or discounts for military students or veterans.
No Refunds Given 72 Hours After Payment.
Written Notice Required
Balance will be refunded if a written mailed or emailed request if it is submitted within 72 hours of making the first payment.
Text messages or phone calls are not acceptable for refund requests.
$100 nonrefundable registration fee is deducted from tuition payments or deposits for any Certificate program or NGH Certification training.
$50 nonrefundable registration fee is deducted from tuition payments or deposits for weekend workshops.
Dropping a Course
If you need to drop out of any Certificate program or NGH Certification training after it has started, or postpone taking a training, 72 hours after you have paid part or all of your tuition, you will be issued credit ONLY for the next scheduled NGH or other Certificate training program, minus the $100 registration fee.
You must notify IHTC in writing or email within 48 hours of training start date in order to receive the credit. Text messages or phone calls are not accepted.
A new $100 registration fee will be payable when you re-enroll using your credit.
